Giant trees
Stand of Swamp Gum, Eucalyptus regnans, reaching the height of 90 m was excluded from timber harvesting and remained in the logged coupe.
Regrowth wet eucalypt forest aged between 30 and 40 years already contains a thick understorey of rainforest species - myrtle, celerytop pine, native laurel and tree ferns.

Airwalk
The view from the end of Tahune Airwalk over Picton river. The river is lined with gallery rainforest extending into wet eucalypt forest.
